1. Right of Withdrawal

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Sakrenz Media will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which Sakrenz Media receives notification of your withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Digital Content and Loss of Withdrawal Right
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if:
- you have expressly agreed that Sakrenz Media may begin providing the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period;
- you have acknowledged that by beginning performance of the contract, you lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing digital products from Sakrenz Media and requesting immediate access or download, you acknowledge and agree that the withdrawal right expires once the digital content has been made available to you, provided that the legal requirements for this exception are fulfilled.
5. Defective Digital Products
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective digital content.
If the purchased digital product is defective, unavailable, or does not function as described, please contact:

6. Customers Outside the European Union
For customers outside the European Union, withdrawal rights and refund obligations may vary depending on applicable local laws.
Nothing in this Withdrawal Policy limits mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
